Return Policy

We started Native Species as a small family owned business to reflect our love for our home turf - the plants, the animals and especially the humans. We hope you love your Native Species merch as much as we loved creating it, but to make sure we stay all smiles, we offer exchanges, gift cards and refunds for un-worn/un-used merchandise purchased from nativespecies.shop with the original attached tags and packaging within 14 days of shipment. A shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded for returns within the continental United States. All returns are required to be shipped in the original packaging within 5 days of receiving the return shipping label. Unfortunately, international returns are not permitted due to the cost and duration of shipments. Email daisy@nativespecies.shop to start the process.
